The series is built around the MediaTek MT9603 chipset, which pairs a 1.5GHz quad‑core Cortex‑A53 CPU with a Mali‑G52 GPU and powers the platform's AI capabilities, including an AI Light Sensor, AI 4K upscaling, AI Smooth Motion, and AI Sports Mode. Sound comes from dual stereo speakers, and audio features include Dolby Atmos, Dolby MS12, EzPlay 3.0, and TV Mode.
The Hisense E7S TVs run HomeOS U9.5 (VIDAA) and offer a broad set of connections: three HDMI 2.0 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, a LAN port, a headphone jack, optical audio out, an AV composite input via a 3.5 mm jack, satellite input, antenna RF input, and a CI+ slot. Wireless connectivity includes Bluetooth 5.4 and Wi‑Fi 5 (802.11ac).
