LG 27GL83A is a new 27" IPS gaming monitor with a QHD resolution and 144Hz refresh rateLG Japan has announced a new 27-inch IPS UltraGear gaming monitor that is already available at Japanese retailers priced at around JPY 48,800 (~USD 470) excl. taxes but will actually go on sale on September 13th. LG 27GL83A has a QHD resolution (2560 x 1440), 1 ms MPRT response time and a 48-144Hz variable refresh rate thanks to Adaptive-Sync (AMD FreeSync and certified as G-sync Compatible by NVIDIA). The 8-bit panel has a WLED backlight, a typical brightness of 350 nits, 1000:1 static contrast ratio and 99% coverage of the sRGB colour space. The model is HDR and HDR10 compatible. The stand is removable and offers tilt, pivot and height adjustment. There are 100 x 100 VESA mount holes. The set of ports includes 2x HDMI 2.0 ports, 1x DisplayPort 1.4, and a 35 mm audio jack.Source
