Metz Blue MOD9001 OLED TVs debut at IFA 2023 in Berlin

At IFA 2023, Metz presented this year's 4K OLED TVs with Google TV - the Metz Blue MOD9001 series. For the first time, the brand includes a 42" OLED TV in its models and it joins the classic 55" size class. Hence, the series so far comprises the Metz Blue 55MOD9001 and the Metz Blue 42MOD9001. Both models have 4L OLED panels with a native refresh rate of 120 Hz and support for all common HDR formats - HDR10, HDR 10+, HLG, and Dolby Vision IQ as well as for VRR and ALLM for seamless gaming. The integrated 2.1 sound system with subwoofer offers two additional top effect loudspeakers and fits seamlessly into the slim design of the new devices. The optical S/PDIF connection can also be used to reproduce surround sound in Dolby Atmos using a corresponding soundbar. In addition, Google TV ensures limitless smart TV enjoyment with a user-friendly interface, personalized recommendations, and convenient voice control via the integrated Google Assistant. The connectivity options include four HDMI ports, optical audio out, sat+antenna inputs, an AV Component input, CI+ slot, USB port, LAN port, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi 5. Metz Blue 55MOD9001 will cost around 1299 euros and Metz Blue 42MOD9001 - around 1199 euros.
