The 4K Nixeus NX-EDG274K is announced with 144Hz refresh rateNixeus expands its EDG series of gaming monitors with the 4K Nixeus NX-EDG274K. This monitor has a 27-inch AHVA panel with a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels and typical brightness of 350 nits. The peak brightness is 400 nits. It has a 4 ms GTG response time and supports refresh rates from 48Hz to 144Hz thanks to the AMD Radeon FreeSync technology. The monitor is able to support a display resolution of 3840 x 1440 with a native 144Hz refresh rate over a single DisplayPort 1.4 connection with VESA Display Stream Compression technology. It also supports Adaptive Over-Drive/Anti-Ghosting and Low Frame Rate Compensation (LFC) to enable smooth stutter-free gaming even when games are outputting at lower frames per second during intense gaming sessions. The model has a stand that can be removed for VESA wall mounting and allows height, tilt, swivel and pivot adjustment. Stereo speakers are onboard as well. The Nixeus NX-EDG274K will be available on Newegg and Amazon in Q1 2020.
