LG will unveil in South Korea the LG UltraGear 38GL950G gaming monitor with G-Sync on November 14This morning LG Electronics said that it will unveil "the best gaming monitor at G-Star 2019." G-Star is the largest gaming festival in Korea and the LG UltraGear 38GL950G "is a premium gaming monitor that delivers the ultimate gaming experience with overwhelming performance." The model has a 38-inch Nano IPS display with a 21:9 aspect ratio and WQHD resolution (3840 x 1600). It supports refresh rates of up to 175GHz with Overclock. The GTG response time is 1 ms thanks to the NVIDIA G-Sync support. Sales in South Korea will begin by the end of 2019. The model is priced at 2.19 million won.

LG UltraGear 38GL950G was announced in December 2018 and presented during CES 2019 in Las Vegas. It is strange that it visits LG's home grounds almost a year later. In addition to the above-mentioned specifications, this monitor offers 450 nits typical brightness, 1000:1 static contrast ratio, and has a VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification. The stand can be removed for VESA-compliant wall mounting and also provides tilt adjustment. The connectivity hub includes 3x USB 3.0 ports (2 downstream, 1 upstream), an HDMI 2.0 input and a DisplayPort 1.2.
