Asus ROG Strix OLED XG34WCDG is unveiled with a 175Hz curved ultra-wide QD-OLED displayAsus ROG Strix OLED XG34WCDG is the last from the quartet of QD-OLED monitors released by Asus. This curved ultra-wide unit spans a diagonal size of 34.18 inches with a resolution of 3440 x 1440 px and a curvature of 1800R. The 10-bit display panel covers 99.3% of the DCi-P3 color space. The typical brightness is 250 nits, the maximum brightness is 450 nits, and the peak HDR brightness is 1000 nits with VESA DisplayHDR 400 True Black certification. Asus specifies a 0.03 ms GTG response time and a 175Hz refresh rate with VESA AdaptiveDisplay 175Hz, AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, and NVIDIA G-Sync Compatible certifications.

Asus ROG Strix OLED XG34WCDG has an ergonomic stan with up to 110 mm of height adjustment, +/-25 degrees of swivel, and -5 to 20 degrees of tilt. The rear shell of the model features Asus's Aura Sync Lighting Effect. The connectivity options include two HDMI 2.1 ports, a DisplayPort 1.4 input with DSC, a USB Type-C upstream port with 15W power delivery and DP Alt Mode, two USB 3.2 Type-A ports, a USB 2.0 Type-A port, and a headphone jack. KVM Switch is supported.

The monitor arrives with the latest Asus OLED Care Pro features, including the new Neo Proximity Sensor. The ROG Gaming AI Assistant technology in XG34WCDG includes AI Visual, Dynamic Crosshair, and Dynamic Shadow Boost, leveraging AI technology to help you practice more effectively to improve your gaming experience. When activated, the ROG-exclusive Uniform Brightness setting within the OSD menu decreases peak brightness to keep levels consistent for better viewing, even when changing the size of bright white windows. It also makes marathon gaming sessions much more comfortable on the eyes. The ASUS Virtual Screen feature allows the Windows system to recognize one monitor as two independent displays, so you can create a virtual display with 1:1, 2:1, or 1:2 formats.
