TCL and Juhua showcase the world's first 31-inch inkjet printed OLED rollable TV prototypeTCL and Juhua have showcased the world's first 31-inch inkjet printed OLED rollable TV prototype. Its display combines the dual advantages of quantum dots and OLED and has an oxide TFT backplane. The prototype has a brightness of 200 nits and covers 90% of the DCI-P3 color space. It was jointly developed by the National Printing and Flexible Display Innovation Center relying on Guangdong Juhua's printing display technology and Chinese panel manufacturer CSOT owned by TCL.

Printed OLED display technology is a new type of display technology that combines the printing process with OLED display. Compared with traditional evaporation technology, it does not require FMM (fine metal mask), has a simple device structure, high material utilization, and supports large sizes. The advantages of low cost and flexibility are important development directions for the future.Source
