LG 32BQ85U with a 4K Nano IPS Black display is launched in the USA with a detachable auto self-calibration sensorLG 32BQ85U has been launched in the USA priced at USD 699. This desktop monitor is completely identical to the LG 32UQ85R which was launched in January 2022 - more than a year and a half ago. The new model is the "business" version of the older model and in LG's terms, this means an increased warranty of up to 3 years. In terms of specifications and features, the two models are identical, hence we've listed the 32BQ85U as an alias of the 32UQ85R. LG 32BQ85U from the UltraFine series is designed to meet the needs of art directors, graphic designers, photo/video editors, and live streamers in mind. Its 31.5-inch 4K Nano IPS Black panel boasts a 2000:1 contrast ratio and 98% coverage of the DCI-P3 color gamut, ensuring deep blacks and vibrant colors that remain true across a wide viewing angle in various ambient conditions. To maintain the level of color accuracy required by today's creatives, the LG UltraFine Display comes with a detachable auto self-calibration sensor. Calibration can be easily scheduled via LG's intuitive software, saving users time by performing this critical calibration automatically.

The monitor has a typical brightness of 400 nits with HDR10 and VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification. 5 ms GTG response time is also specified. The model supports VRR from 40 to 60Hz with AMD FreeSync technology. Additional model features include Black Stabilizer, Dynamic Action Sync, Dual Controller, Wied Color Gamut, HDR Effect, Super Resolution+, etc. It has a stand that provides up to 110 mm of height adjustment, a clockwise pivot, and -5 to 20 degrees of tilt. The connectivity options of the monitor include two HDMI 2.0 inputs, a DisplayPort 1.4 input, a USB Type-C port with DP Alt Mode and 90W power delivery, a headphone jack, and a USB 3.0 hub.
