Samsung launches the Space Gaming Monitor and the CRG5 and CRG9 gaming monitors in EuropeToday marks the European launch of the Samsung CRG5 (C27RG50) curved gaming monitor. The 27-inch FHD VA panel has a curvature of 1500R and a 240Hz refresh rate thanks to NVIDIA G-Sync. It offers 3000:1 contrast ratio and 300 nits peak brightness (200 nits typical). The monitor's stand offers tilt adjustment only and can be removed to leave room for 75 x 75 mm VESA mount. The model is equipped with 2x HDMI 2.0 ports, DisplayPort 1.2 and a 3.5 mm audio-out jack.

Samsung CRG5 (C27RG50) arrives with various optional modes. Game Mode is an optional setting that automatically and optimally adjusts black gamma levels, contrast, sharpness and colour for all types of games. Low input Lag Mode can also minimize delays between a user’s input devices and display, while Virtual Aim both increases and enhances accuracy when playing a first-person shooter. Finally, Eye Saver Mode minimizes the blue light emitted by the display to keep eyes comfortable during extended periods of gaming. The model is now available globally.

Samsung CRG9 (C49RG90) has been released in April and is already available globally. It has a true 10-bit SVA panel from Samsung (LSM490YP02) and a WLED backlight. The display spans on 49 inches diagonally and has a resolution of 5120 x 1440 pixels. It covers 125% of the sRGB colour space and 95% of the Adobe RGB one. The panel offers 600 nits of typical brightness which is able to reach a peak level of 1000 nits. The AMD Radeon FreeSync 2 HDR technology allows for a maximum refresh rate of 120Hz. The ergonomic stand offers the full package of adjustment - tilt, pivot, swivel and height. VESA mounting is possible with 100 x 100 mm holes. The connectivity options include 5x USB 3.0 ports, an HDMI 2.0 port, a DisplayPort 1.5, and one 3.5 mm audio-out jack.

The 32-inch Samsung Space Gaming Monitor (SR75Q) has a super-fast 144Hz refresh rate with AMD Radeon FreeSync and a QHD resolution (2560 x 1440). It features Samsung's space-saving design and can be easily adjusted to fit a variety of viewing preferences and positions. It also comes with an integrated clamp that ensures quick and easy installation, allowing it to be attached to any desk or table. It will be available globally from Q4.Source
