HP E45c G5 - specifications and featuresHP E45c G5 was announced at CES 2023 a week ago along with other 2023 HP desktop monitors. The announcement was quite vague, referring to the model as the "world’s first 45-inch super ultrawide dual QHD curved monitor." It is specifically designed for scenarios that require a replacement of two 24-inch QHD monitors with one massive 44.5-inch diagonal monitor. The new Virtual Dual Display feature has been created for this purpose. Other features include Brightness+, Split Screen, Device Bridge 2.0, HP Eye Ease, Device Bridge 2.0, etc.

Just like the other models from the 2023 HP E-Series, the brand is ready for the launch of the HP E45c G5 publishing its specs. The monitor has a 44.5-inch VA display with a 1500R curvature, ultra-wide QHD resolution (5120 x 1440), 400 nits of brightness, and a 3000:1 static contrast ratio. It delivers a 3 ms GTG response time with Overdrive and up to 165Hz refresh rate. The model supports Adaptive-Sync technology with AMD FreeSync certification. The stand offers height and tilt adjustment but the exact ranges are not specified. The connectivity options include a USB hub including four USB Type-A ports, a USB Type-C data-only port, a USB Type-C port with 65W power delivery and DP Alt Mode, a DisplayPort 1.4 input, an HDMI 2.1 input, a LAN port, a headphone jack. There are integrated speakers but their Watt-power has not been specified as well.
