Built on the 4th-gen LG WOLED panel dubbed Tandem WOLED, the model features a 4K resolution, spanning a 31.5-inch canvas. Asus says the tandem stacked‑OLED structure boosts peak brightness by 15%, expands color volume by 25%, and extends panel lifespan by up to 60% compared to previous WOLED generations. As a result, the typical brightness hits 330 cd/m², while the peak HDR brightness is 1500 cd/m². The display meets VESA DisplayHDR 500 True Black requirements and covers 99.5% of the DCI‑P3 gamut with Delta E < 2 color accuracy, ensuring deep blacks, vivid HDR highlights, and creator‑grade precision.
The new TrueBlack Glossy surface further enhances clarity by using a zero‑haze optical layer that reduces reflections by 38% versus earlier glossy WOLED panels. Asus also integrates Smart Pixel upscaling, which sharpens lower‑resolution content to near‑4K quality, and its Extreme Low Motion Blur technology for cleaner fast‑moving visuals.
To protect the OLED panel, the XG32UQWMS includes Asus OLED Care Pro, a comprehensive suite featuring pixel cleaning, pixel shifting, logo brightness adjustment, and a new Neo Proximity Sensor. This sensor detects when the user steps away and automatically switches the screen to black to minimize static‑image exposure.

A simple press of the hotkey instantly switches between stunning 4K@240Hz imagery for AAA titles and blazing-fast FHD@480Hz for FPS gaming. Asus equips the XG32UQWMS with several AI‑driven gaming enhancements. Dynamic Crosshair automatically adjusts crosshair color for visibility, Dynamic Shadow Boost brightens dark areas to reveal hidden opponents, and AI Visual optimizes picture settings based on on‑screen content. Uniform Brightness mode stabilizes luminance during window size changes, improving comfort during long sessions.
