It looks like it is strongly rooted in the 2025 Philips OLED810/820 TVs. However, the new series comprises only two models so far: The Philips OLED901 series runs on Google TV (Android 14) and features Ambilight 3 with Ambient Intelligence, without Hue. Its performance is driven by the Philips P5 Perfect Picture Engine Gen 9, which leverages AI to introduce capabilities such as Adaptive Intelligence, AI Adaptive Gamut Enhancer, and an upgraded Game Bar 2.0. The refreshed Game Bar adds a color‑tuning assistant, enhanced minimap zoom, automatic game detection, and broader options for personalized optimization. At the heart of the P5 Gen 9 platform sits the MediaTek Pentonic 1000 (MT9972), integrating a 2GHz quad‑core Cortex‑A73 CPU and an 800MHz dual‑core Mali‑G57 GPU. It is paired with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of storage.

The Philips OLED901 TVs are built around LG Display OLED EX panels, delivering up to 1000 nits peak brightness and offering a native 120Hz refresh rate with VRR support up to 144Hz. Audio is handled by a 4.1CH, 70W system on the 48OLED901 and a 2.1CH 50W system on the 42OLED901. In both cases, these include two-way mid speakers with accompanying tweeters and a triple-ring subwoofer with four passive radiators. The audio system supports Dolby Atmos, DTS Play-Fi, IntelliSound, Dolby Media Intelligence, AI Sound, and others. Connectivity options include two HDMI 2.1 ports, two HDMI 2.0 ports, two USB ports, a LAN port, a headphone jack, optical audio out, a CI+ slot, satellite input, and RF antenna input.

Pricing will be announced towards market launch. The current price of the Philips 42OLED810 is around 1200 euros, and the one of the Philips 42OLED810 is around 1100 euros.
