The MSI MAG 274QPF X32 is a 27‑inch gaming monitor that targets competitive players by combining a high‑resolution panel with an ultra‑fast refresh rate and low response time, delivering fluid motion and sharp detail for fast‑paced games. Its core strengths are a WQHD (2560×1440) resolution, a very high refresh rate, and a sub‑millisecond response time.
MSI's approach with this model emphasizes speed without sacrificing clarity. The display uses an Adaptive-Sync-certified 320Hz Rapid IPS panel that balances wide viewing angles and accurate color with the responsiveness demanded by esports and action titles. The 2560×1440 resolution gives a noticeable step up in detail over 1080p while keeping pixel density appropriate for a 27‑inch screen, and the panel's design aims to keep motion artifacts to a minimum during high frame‑rate play. The 0.5 ms MPRT reduces ghosting and smearing in fast camera pans and rapid on‑screen movement. The 8-bit+FRC display covers 97% of the DCI-P3 and 95% of the Adobe RGB color space. It delivers a typical brightness of 300 nits and a peak brightness of 400 nits, which is enough for a VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification.
The MAG 274QPF X32 employs the latest MSI gaming features such as AI Navigator with AI Crosshair for automatic aim dot color change and AI Vision for enhanced details in dark areas, color saturation, and brightness. Gaming assistance features are also on board, along with Console Mode support. The monitor packs two HDMI 2.1 ports with FRL at 6 Gbps and each supports CEC, enabling console gaming. There is also a DisplayPort 1.4a input with HBR3 and a headphone jack. The model also has a fully ergonomic stand for up to 130 mm of height adjustment, +/-30 swivel, a bi-directional pivot, and -5 to 20 degrees of tilt.
