The two monitors are based on the 3rd Gen Samsung QD-OLED display panel technology with Samsung's Quantum Enhancer AI algorithm. On this particular panel, the most noteworthy improvement is the pixel per inch, which is increased from ~110 ppi on the 2nd Gen panels to 140 ppi on this 3rd Gen one and delivers improved details and clarity. This has been achieved thanks to the all-new ultra-precise pico inject process that flawlessly deposits quantum dot ink resulting in 60% more pixels in the same area.
They belong to the Evnia 8000 series as well and are built around a 31.5-inch QD-OLED display panel with a 4K UHD resolution (2840 x 2160 px) and native 10-bit color bit depth. The Ultra Wide-Color technology aids the wide color space coverage - 147.5% of the sRGB, 118% of the Adobe RGB, 120% of the NTSC, and 98.5% of the DCI-P3. The model has a typical SDR brightness of 250 nits and a peak HDR brightness at 3% APL of 1000 nits with VESA DisplayHDR 400 True Black certification. The refresh rate is 240Hz.
The two models have a 3-sided bezelless design and a white body with Ambiglow on the rear shell. Philips mentions that the stand enables up to 130 mm of height adjustment, +/-30 degrees of swivel, and -5 to 20 degrees of tilt adjustment. The connectivity options include two HDMI 2.1 ports, a DisplayPort 1.4 input, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-B upstream port, a USB Type-C upstream port, and a headphone jack. Some of the models' features include KVM Switch, Low Input Lag, Smart Crosshair, SmartImage Game Mode, Smart Sniper, Stark Shadow Boost, etc. A pair of 5W speakers with DTS sound is also on board.
