Sharp Aquos XLED TVs make their US debut at CES 2023, will be launched this springSharp will release three Aquos XLED 4K TV models in the US this spring. These are: As a new-generation TV that innovates video, sound quality, and design, the Aquos XLED TVs have been sold in China and Taiwan since December 2021, starting with Japan, and have been highly evaluated.

The Sharp Aquos XLED series, which will be released in the US, is the latest in Japan - the Sharp Aquos EP1 series. It uses "Xtreme mini LED" technology that controls bright and dark areas by dividing a densely laid mini LED backlight into more than 2,000 areas, and "Deep Chroma QD" technology that generates three high-purity primary colors from the light of the backlight by optical wavelength conversion using quantum dots. It exhibits excellent display performance in terms of brightness, contrast, and color expression. In addition, together with the immersive sound field created by the high-performance speakers mounted at the top and bottom of the screen, you can experience a sense of realism as if you were there. The TVs are based on Google TV. The Sharp Aquos XLED TVs will also be rolled out in Canada, Mexico, China, Taiwan, the ASEAN, and the Middle East this spring, following the US launch.

In addition to the AQUOS XLED, a total of six OLED TVs (65" and 55" size) and LCD TVs (75", 65" 55", and 50" sizes) equipped with the "Roku" OS for smart TVs were released in the United States at the same time. With a wide lineup, we can meet the diverse needs of users.

Sharp has also developed a 120" Aquos XLED display, which is exhibited at CES 2023 in Las Vegas, Nevada, from Thursday, January 5 to Sunday, January 8.
