LG Display's Guangzhou plant for OLED panels will begin mass production in MayKorean media report that LG Display's Guangzhou plant in China for large-sized OLED panels will begin mass production in May. This equals to a 3-month delay due to the coronavirus outbreak. Hence, the projection for the annual output saw a 33% decline to 60,000 units annually compared to previous projections which aimed at 90,000 units per year (15,000 units per month).

The whole industry has been hit by the coronavirus outbreak and the first signs of recovery are expected in H2 of 2020 at the earliest. BOE, for example, will produce half than what's expected from its B17 plant. CSOT has delayed with three months its mass production plans at its T7 Gen-10.5 LCD line - from September to December.Source
