Skyworth USA unveils Skyworth C2 Canvas Art TV, setting a new benchmark for the art TV category

Skyworth USA is expanding its Canvas Art TV portfolio with the debut of the new C2 Canvas Art TV series of QD-Mini LED 4K TVs. Available in 55‑, 65‑, and 75‑inch sizes, the C2 series joins the brand's growing lineup of televisions designed to function as both premium home displays and digital art canvases. As one of the world's top five TV manufacturers, Skyworth positions the C2 as a major step forward in the fast‑growing Art TV segment.
The C2 arrives with the same True QD‑Mini LED Technology and OmniView Matte Screen found in the flagship Canvas Elite Art TV. With more than 400 local dimming zones and peak brightness reaching 1000 nits, the new series raises the baseline for performance across the entire Canvas Art series. Skyworth's goal is clear: make high‑end display technology the standard rather than the exception in the Art TV category.
Skyworth also emphasizes its commitment to the custom integration market. The company supports top control platforms such as Control4 and Crestron, offering integrators robust drivers and a streamlined digital sales strategy. Through a partnership with hydroframes, installers can equip the C2 with customizable frames in black, silver, gold, white, walnut, or any bespoke pattern or color. The frame attaches in a single step over the existing bezel, allowing the TV to blend seamlessly into a wide range of interior styles.
Michael Gleason, Director of Sales at Skyworth USA, highlighted the significance of the launch, noting that Art TVs have traditionally forced buyers to choose between aesthetics and performance. He explained that the C2 overturns this compromise by integrating the advanced display DNA of the Canvas Elite directly into the standard Canvas lineup, delivering a display that maintains artistic elegance without sacrificing cinematic quality.
The Skyworth C2 Canvas Art TV's technical foundation reinforces this message. It offers a 144Hz refresh rate, more than 400 full‑array local dimming zones, 1000‑nit peak brightness, HDR10+ and Dolby Vision support, and a built‑in subwoofer with Dolby Atmos. Skyworth positions the series as a hybrid, capable of restoring texture, depth, and emotion to both artwork and entertainment, proving that a living room centerpiece can excel in both form and function.
The Canvas Art series now includes the new C2 alongside the existing C1 models in 55‑, 65‑, and 75‑inch sizes, giving integrators a full range of options for different spaces and design needs. Skyworth will showcase the C2 Canvas Art TV at CEDIA Expo 2026, where pricing and availability will be announced.
