Philips 27M2N5501UK with a 320Hz Fast IPS panel and Circular Polarization tech goes official

Philips has introduced its second Circular Polarizing Esports Monitor under the Evnia brand, the Philips 27M2N5501UK, engineered to bridge gaming performance and everyday screen use while prioritizing long-term visual health. The monitor combines circular polarized light technology with hardware-level low blue light, flicker-free DC dimming, and a 320Hz refresh rate to deliver a Nature-eyecare experience suited for gaming, entertainment, and family environments.
Built on BOE's next-generation Circular Polarizing Light Panel, dubbed Philips Evnia Comfort Blue 4.0, the 27M2N5501UK reconstructs screen light to mimic the diffuse reflection of sunlight, producing output that is closer to natural light and reducing directional stimulation of the eye. This approach, together with BOE's DC dimming to minimize screen flicker, reduces eye strain and has earned TÜV Rheinland certifications for Circular Polarization and Hardware-level Low Blue Light, providing comprehensive visual protection.
Designed for competitive play, the Evnia 27M2N5501UK features a 27-inch Fast IPS display panel that delivers a 320Hz refresh rate and a 1 ms GTG (0.3 ms MPRT) to keep motion exceptionally smooth and responsive. With motion blur and input lag minimized, it enables faster reactions in fast-paced shooters, racing titles, and other competitive scenarios. The model also supports Evnia's gaming features such as Smart Crosshair, Stark Shadow Boost, Smart MBR, and Smart Sniper.
The monitor also excels in image quality. Its 27-inch, 2K display reveals detailed imagery with professional-level color accuracy at Delta E < 2. Coverage of 100% sRGB and support for up to 1.07 billion colors ensure faithful color reproduction across dark shadows and bright highlights. Wide dynamic range and nuanced luminance are validated by VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification, delivering an immersive, true-color viewing experience. The Philips 27M2N5501UK is equipped with two HDMI 2.1 ports, a DisplayPort 1.4 input, and a headphone jack.
