Panasonic LZ1500 OLED series - detailed specifications and featuresUntil yesterday, Panasonic had shown only its 2022 LZ2000 OLED-EX series. This was corrected with an official announcement of the rest of the 2022 Panasonic TV series. Here we will describe in detail the specifications and features of the Panasonic LZ1500 4K OLED TVs. This series comprises four models with the two larger sizes being a lot different from the two smaller ones: The 65" and 55" Panasonic LZ1500 TVs are fitted with the so-called Master OLED Pro panels. Compared to the LZ2000 models, they lack the Luminance Booster Technology. The 48" and the 42" Panasonic LZ1500 TVs have regular OLED panels. All four support HDR10, HDR10+, HDR10+ Adaptive, HLG, Dolby Vision, Dolby Vision IQ, HLG Photo, and have a native refresh rate of 120Hz with VRR support and are AMD FreeSync Premium certified. The LZ1500 series is powered by the HCX Pro AI Processor with Auto AI for Picture, Intelligent Sensing, Smooth Motion Drive Pro, Ultimate Contrast, and Wide Colour Spectrum. The models are CalMAN Ready and support Netflix Adaptive Calibrated Mode and Filmmaker Mode.

In terms of audio, there are differences within the series, too. The 65" and 55" LZ1500 models have a 50W Dynamic Cinema Surround Pro system with two 15W speakers and a 20W subwoofer. The 48" and the 42" LZ1500 models have a 30W Cinema Surround Pro system with dual 15W speakers and no subwoofer. For all four there's Dolby Atmos support. The LZ1500 series runs on my Home Screen 7.0 with Alexa, Google Assistant, and Chromecast built-in. The TVs also arrive with Game Mode Extreme and Game Control Board.

As for the connectivity, it is one and the same for all models - two HDMI 2.1 ports with HFR and VRR support, two HDMI 2.0 inputs, two USB 2.0 and a USB 3.0 port, LAN port, AV Component input, optical audio out, headphone jack, CI+ 1.4, two satellite inputs, and an antenna/cable input. The 65" and 55" models have a swivel stand, while the 48" and the 42" models have a standard T-stand.
