The 48-100Hz variable refresh rate is enabled by Adaptive-Sync and LFC (Low Framerate Compensation) is supported as well. The monitor has a Samsung SVA panel with a 1500R curvature, 34-inch diagonal size, 3440 x 1440 resolution and 21:9 ultra-wide aspect ratio. It offers 3000:1 static contrast ratio, 300 cd/m2 maximum brightness, and 178° viewing angles (h/v). The panel has a flicker-free backlight and covers 85% of the NTSC colour space, which is higher than 100% of the sRGB one. The GTG response time is 5 ms.

Philips 346B1C arrives with an EasyRead mode and supports PbP and PiP. The stand can be removed via a quick-release button to open the 100 x 100 mm VESA mounting holes. When it is on, the stand offers height, tilt and swivel adjustment. The model offers plenty of connectivity options. It is equipped with a DisplayPort 1.2a, an HDMI 1.2 port, a USB-C and four USB 3.2 ports, a 3.5mm headphone jack and RJ-45 ethernet input. Two 5W stereo speakers are also built-in the monitor.
