Add DisplaySpecifications as a preferred source on GoogleEizo has introduced two new ultrawide, curved monitors - the FlexScan EV3851X and EV3451X - designed to meet the evolving demands of modern hybrid work environments. The 37.5‑inch EV3851X succeeds the EV3895 as the company's next‑generation ultrawide flagship, while the 34.1‑inch EV3451X arrives as a streamlined alternative to the EV3450XC for users who do not require integrated communication features such as a webcam.
Eizo FlexScan EV3851X specifications and features
The Eizo EV3851X is built around a 37.5‑inch curved IPS panel with a UWQHD+ resolution of 3840 x 1600 px and a 2300R curvature, offering a broad horizontal canvas ideal for information‑dense workflows. Its expansive workspace allows professionals to organize multiple applications without the visual interruptions of a dual‑monitor setup, making it particularly suited for trading, analytics, creative production, and healthcare environments where multitasking efficiency is essential. The EV3851X delivers a typical brightness of 300 nits and a static contrast ratio of 2000:1 - just like IPS Black panels, even though Eizo does not mention that this specific technology for IPS panels is used. Moreover, the monitor is equipped with a full suite of color modes tailored for modern content workflows. Display P3 ensures accurate color reproduction for Apple‑centric environments, while DCI‑P3 and BT.709 support video editing and media preview tasks. Users can switch between modes using the front‑facing controls, enabling quick adaptation to different projects.
The connectivity options are quite expansive and comprise two HDMI 2.0 pora, a LAN port, a DisplayPort 1.4 input, a headphone jack, three USB Type-A ports, a USB Type-B port, a USB Type-C downstream port with 15W power delivery, and a USB Type-C upstream port with 94W power delivery and DP Alt Mode. This simplifies laptop docking and supports clean, flexible workspaces for hot‑desking and home office setups. The ergonomic options include up to 195 mm of height adjustment, +/-35 degrees of swivel, and -5 to 35 degrees of tilt.
The Eizo EV3851X is built with sustainability in mind. A portion of its chassis uses recycled plastic, packaging is made from molded pulp instead of foam, and cables are wrapped in paper rather than plastic. The monitor meets ENERGY STAR, TCO Certified Generation 10, EPEAT, and EPEAT Climate+ standards, aligning with ESG and SDG goals for organizations prioritizing environmentally responsible IT procurement.
EIZO backs the EV3851X with its world‑first seven‑year monitor warranty, a commitment made possible by the company’s in‑house development and rigorous quality assurance processes. This long lifecycle reduces the need for premature hardware replacement and supports sustainable IT planning. The EV3851X is scheduled to begin shipping in July 2026, with availability varying by region.
Eizo FlexScan EV3451X specifications and features
The Eizo EV3451X offers a 34.1‑inch curved IPS panel with a resolution of 3440 x 1440 and a 3800R curvature, delivering a wide, uninterrupted workspace in a more compact format. Positioned as a simplified counterpart to the EV3450XC, it removes built‑in communication hardware such as a webcam, making it an appealing choice for users who prefer external peripherals or do not require integrated conferencing tools.Like its larger sibling, the EV3451X is designed for information‑rich workflows, enabling users to arrange multiple windows side by side without the constraints of a multi‑monitor setup. Its BT.709 display mode ensures consistent color reproduction for media‑related tasks, and users can switch between presets using the front controls.
The monitor features the same connectivity options and ergonomic capabilities. Again, sustainability is a core part of the monitor's design. Recycled materials are used in the chassis, packaging is fully paper‑based, and the monitor meets the same global environmental certifications as the EV3851X. Eizo's seven‑year warranty also applies, ensuring long‑term reliability and reduced environmental impact through extended product life.
The Eizo EV3451X is scheduled to begin shipping in autumn 2026, with regional availability determined by local EIZO distributors.
