LG 27GS93QE UltraGear OLED gaming monitor goes on sale

LG 27GS93QE is now launched in the U.S. priced at USD 800. This is a variant of the LG 27GS95QE which debuted at CES 2024 and has been on sale since the end of January. The only difference between the two is that the new model - the LG 27GS93QE does not have the RGB Hexagon lighting on the rear shell, hence it is slightly lighter than the LG 27GS95QE. In everything else, the two models are identical. Moreover, the LG 27GS93QE has a regular price of USD 900 but is discounted by USD 200 to USD 700, so it is cheaper than the new model.
The LG 27GS93QE UltraGear OLED gaming monitor features a 27" OLED display with a QHD resolution (2560 x 1440 px) and delivers a typical brightness of 275 nits. It is HDR10+ and VESA DisplayHDR 400 True Black certified. The monitor supports VRR of up to 240 Hz with AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, NVIDIA G-Sync Compatible, and VESA AdaptiveSyn Display certification. The GTG response time is 0.03 ms. The display covers 98.5% of the DCI-P3 color space. The monitor is protected by a two-year limited warranty covering internal and functional parts and labor, including the OLED Display Panel.
The LG 27GS93QE is fitted with a 3.5 mm, 4-pole headphone jack supporting DTS Headphone:X that provides accurate spatialization and localization in games for 3D audio over headphones for channel-based, scene-based, and object-based audio. Plus, a 4-pole headphone jack lets you carry a stereo headphone signal and mono microphone signal with common ground. There are also two HDMI 2.1 ports, a DisplayPort 1.4 input, two USB 3.2 Type-A downstream ports, and a USB 3.2 Type-B upstream port.
This LG UltraGear OLED gaming monitor has a 4-Side Virtually Borderless Design for a more immersive visual experience and a fully ergonomic stand that enables height adjustment of up to 110 mm, +/-10 degrees of swivel, a bi-directional pivot, and -5 to 15 degrees of tilt. Some of the monitor's features include Game Mode, Corsshair, FPS Counter, Hardware Calibration with True Color Pro support, Color Weakness Mode, Dynamic Action Sync, HDR Effect, etc. The product arrives with a remote controller along with all other accessories included in the box.
