Gigabyte MO34WQC36 goes official with the new ultra-wide 360Hz V-Stripe QD-OLED displayThe Gigabyte MO34WQC36 is one of the brand's current flagship monitors that debuted at CES 2026. It is built on Samsung Display's 5th Gen Tandem QD‑OLED technology, which uses Samsung's V‑stripe (true RGB stripe) sub-pixel layout to reduce fringing and improve text clarity. Gigabyte applies its own ObsidianShield film for purer blacks and enhanced scratch resistance.

The MO34WQC36 features a 34-inch ultra-wide panel with a 1800R curvature and a 3440 x 1440 px resolution with a fine 0.2315 mm pixel pitch. The 10-bit display covers 99% of the DCI‑P3 color space. Typical brightness reaches 300 cd/m² in SDR and up to 1300 cd/m² in HDR, supported by VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification and ClearMR 18000 clarity. The panel offers an ultra‑fast 0.03 ms GTG response time and a 360 Hz refresh rate, all while remaining flicker‑free. It is AMD FreeSync Premium Pro certified and NVIDIA G-Sync Compatible.

The Gigabyte MO34WQC36 connectivity options include two full‑bandwidth HDMI 2.1 ports, one full‑bandwidth DisplayPort 2.1, a USB Type‑C port with DP Alt Mode and 18W power delivery, two USB 3.2 downstream ports, one upstream port, and an earphone jack. KVM functionality is also supported. The monitor integrates dual 3W speakers and uses a built‑in power board. The display is underpinned by a three-way adjustable stand, enabling up to 130 mm of height adjustment, ±15° swivel, and -5° to +21° tilt. The monitor employs Gigabyte's AI OLED Care suite of features, ensuring AI-based protection of the screen. Gaming features are covered by the Tactical Switch 2.0 Enhanced Gameplay.
