Add DisplaySpecifications as a preferred source on GoogleSamsung S95F is the top 2025 Samsung QD-OLED and OLED TV series. It includes four models, listed below depending on the market. If you want to make sure whether the TV has a QD-OLED or a WOLED panel, check the detailed model code. In the U.S. naming nomenclature, the "FAE" suffix means it's a WOLED panel and the "FAF" suffix means a QD-OLED panel is used. In the European naming nomenclature, the "FAE" suffix means it's a WOLED panel and the "FAT" suffix means a QD-OLED panel is used. For all markets, the 77", 65", and 55" models use 4K QD-OLED. A 4K WOLED display panel is used for the 83" model. An interesting detail is that the UK market will most probably get an 83" QD-OLED display panel - at least that's what the model certification suggests.
The 2025 Samsung S95F WOLED models use the new LG 4-stack Primary RGB Tandem structure, while the QD-OLED models use the new Samsung 5-stack structure. Either way, 4000 nits of peak brightness are advertised from both sides. The 4K panels used OLED Glare Free technology and support VRR of up to 165Hz, Motion Xcelerator 165, and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro certification. The S95F series ups to OLED HDR Pro, retaining all other features for 2025 Samsung QD-OLED/OLED TVs - AI 4K Upscaling Pro, Auto HDR Remastering Pro, MagicScreen+, Color Booster Pro, AI Auto Game Mode, AI Image Quality Optimization, AI Saver Mode, Brightness and Hue Sensor, Contrast Enhancer, Dynamic Black EQ, Smart Calibration, HDR Brightness Optimization, Far-Field Voice Interaction, Game Motion Plus, Ultra Viewing Angle, etc.
The Samsung S95F OLED TVs are based on the new NQ4 AI Gen3 Processor with the new Tizen OS supporting Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.3. Of course, AI is largely present in all features, including the new 'AI Smart Home and Monitoring', 'Real-time translation', 'AI Mode', and others. The new SolarCell Remote now offers a dedicated AI button and Click-to-Search function. The Samsung S95F TVs have an upgraded audio department compared to the S90F and S85F series. It has a 4.2.2 speaker array with a total power output of 70W and features such as Active Voice Amplifier Pro, Adaptive Sound Pro, AI Sound technology, Bluetooth Audio, Dolby Atmos, Moving Sound+ (Object Tracking Sound+), Q-Symphony, Sound Optimizer Pro, and Surround Sound. The connectivity options include four HDMI 2.1 ports, an optical audio out, a LAN port, two USB Type-A ports, a USB Type-C port for cameras, and market-respective antenna/cable and/or satellite connectors. The Samsung S95F QD-OLED/OLED TVs also arrive with One Connect Box and have a port for it on board. They retain the Infinite One Design with a Slim One Connect Stand in Titan Black.
