TP Vision USA launched for the local market the Philips 27E2F7901 desktop monitor from its Creator Series. It features a 27-inch IPS Black display with a 4K resolution and a VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification. It also supports HDR HLG and encodes HDR data independently. This feature is meant to cut the transmission bandwidth from a device to the monitor in half, which allows visual content to be transmitted at higher quality. This Creator Series monitor also supports 10-bit color bit depth and covers a much wider color gamut than most monitors (sRBG 100% and DCI-P3 98%). The Philips 27E2F7901 is equipped with LowBlue mode that protects your eyes from blue light-induced eye strain and Flicker Free technology that reduces and/or eliminates the perception of screen flicker and is Calman-certified. The connectivity options include a USB Type-C port with 96W power delivery. a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C downstream port with 15W power delivery, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-B upstream port, an HDMI 2.0 input, a headphone jack, DisplayPort 1.4 out and a DisplayPort 1.4 in for daisy chaining. KVM Switch functionality is also supported. The monitor is fitted with a SmartErgoBase providing up to 130 mm of height adjustment, a clockwise pivot, -5 to 20 degrees of tilt, and +/-45 degrees of swivel. The monitor is now on sale via Amazon, Abt, B&H, NewEgg, etc. priced at USD 500.
