The BenQ SW272U has a 16-bit 3D LUT and is CalMAN Verified, CalMAN Ready, Pantone SkinTone Validated, and Pantone Validated. BenQ AQCOLOR technology that's on board delivers "Accurate Reproduction". This translates to the display of color precisely as it is intended to appear. With the Palette Master Ultimate software you can tune and maintain the color performance and get optimal color consistency in three steps. Paper Color Sync offers simulated images attuned to the color settings, printer, and photo paper in use for easy and accurate photo preview before print. GamutDuo Preview for Adobe RGB, sRGB, and more enables you to preview one and the same image in two color gamuts, side-by-side, for comparison in photo editing.
Some of the additional model features include Advanced Black & White Mode, AMA, BenQ Uniformity Technology, Hardware Calibration, Multi-Monitor Color Consistency, etc. The model arrives with an improved stand that offers up to 140 mm of height adjustment, clockwise pivot, +/-30 degrees of swivel, and -5 to 20 degrees of tilt. The base is a leatherette and can be used for placing various items on it to save desk space. The connectivity options include two USB Type-A 3.1 ports, a USB Type-C 3.1 port with 90W power delivery and DisplayPort Alt Mode, USB Type-B 3.1 upstream port, two HDMI 2.0 inputs, DisplayPort 1.4, headphone jack, and SD card slot. The monitor arrives with a monitor hood and a Hotkey Puck G3 in the box. The monitor is now on sale in the USA priced at USD 1600.
