Realme's first SLED TV is official - the 55" Realme RMV2001The Realme RMV2001 is the brand's first TV that employs its new SLED technology. Realme's first SLED TV features a 54.5-inch VA display panel with a Direct LED backlight, 4K UHD resolution, 400 nits brightness, and 4000:1 static contrast ratio. The display covers 108% NTSC, has a native refresh rate of 60Hz, and is TUV Rheinland certified for low blue light emissions. The SLED TV technology has been developed by Realme and John Rooymans, Chief Scientist of SPD Technology for using its tech for TV backlight. Compared to most LED TVs, including QLED ones, which use a blue backlight, which is then turned into white, the SLED technology uses an RGB backlight technology thus reducing the blue light emissions while offering better color.

The Realme RMV2001 can be wall-mounted but the company does not specify any standard. The monitor has four speakers for a total sound output of 24W and Dolby Audio is supported. The TV is equipped with an antenna RF, a LAN port, headphone jack, coaxial, three HDMI ports (one with eARC), two USB 2.0 ports, a mini AV composite in a 3.5 mm jack input, and an AV Composite In port. The Realme RMV2001 is based on an unspecified MediaTek chipset with a quad-core 1.2GHz CPU and a tri-core 470MHz Mali-470 GPU. It is paired to 1.5GB of RAM and 8GB of built-in storage. Using innovative algorithms, Realme's proprietary Chroma Boost Picture Engine enhances the overall picture quality. It also improves the brightness, colour, contrast, and clarity of the content you're watching so the visuals are as stunning as it gets. The TV runs on Android for TV with Chromecast built-in, Google Assistant, Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, Disney+,
