Pixio has unveiled the Pixio PX32UF Wave in Japan, with open sales starting on August 31st. This is a 31.5‑inch gaming monitor designed around a rare dual‑mode concept that lets players switch freely between two performance profiles: a high‑fidelity 4K/160Hz mode and an ultra‑fast Full HD/320Hz mode. This flexibility positions the display as a versatile option for gamers who alternate between competitive titles and visually rich open‑world experiences.
The PX32UF Wave uses a Fast IPS panel capable of delivering both sharp detail and rapid response. In its FHD/320Hz configuration, the monitor targets esports‑level smoothness with a 1ms GTG response time, reduced ghosting, and Adaptive Sync (AMD FreeSync) support to minimize stutter and tearing. For cinematic games, the 4K/160Hz mode emphasizes clarity and immersion, offering vibrant color reproduction with 125.23% sRGB coverage and HDR visuals. The model's brightness hits 350 nits and the static contrast is 1000:1.
Pixio also highlights comfort and practicality. The panel's anti‑glare finish reduces reflections, while flicker‑free technology helps limit eye strain during long sessions. The slim‑bezel design maximizes screen space, and VESA 75x75mm mounting support allows flexible installation. VESA 100x100 mm is also supported via an adapter. Connectivity includes two HDMI 2.1 ports, two DisplayPort 1.4 inputs, and a headphone jack. A pair of 3W speakers is also on board. The monitor is available in black, white, blue, and pink.
