TCL CSOT unveiled a comprehensive product vision at CES 2026Add DisplaySpecifications as a preferred source on GoogleTCL CSOT arrived at CES 2026 with a lineup that pushes display technology into new territory, presenting breakthroughs in image fidelity, eye‑care technology, sustainable design, AI‑driven innovation, and next‑generation form factors under its APEX philosophy.

(A) Under "Amazing Display Experience," TCL CSOT pushes immersion to new heights. The 98‑inch HVA Ultra Infinity View TV introduces an open‑cell algorithm paired with RGB‑independent backlight control, unlocking the full capability of RGB backlighting and eliminating color crosstalk. With a wide‑gamut open cell delivering more than 96% BT.2020 coverage, the screen produces richer, more layered color. Its 18,000 backlight zones deepen blacks by removing gray haze, while low‑reflection, anti‑glare properties heighten contrast and make viewing more comfortable. An ultra‑slim narrow bezel further amplifies immersion and expands the field of view.

In automotive displays, TCL CSOT unveiled the first sliding, multi‑curved IJP OLED screen. This 28‑inch panel is the only OLED solution using a standard RGB pixel layout, achieving a luminous area ratio of 50–60% with consistent color at any brightness. Material utilization surpasses 90%, outperforming conventional OLED approaches. Inside the vehicle, the display glides from the driver’s side to the passenger’s side, shifting seamlessly from 16 to 28 inches. A high‑strength steel sliding‑roll mechanism with a sub‑4 mm bending radius endures more than 100,000 cycles, while the curved armrest design blends futuristic styling with everyday practicality.

(P) Under "Protective of Eye Health" innovations, TCL CSOT introduced the first OLED display certified for natural‑light viewing. Its second‑generation circular polarizer reaches over 95% ellipticity at 550 nm, sharply reducing glare and boosting contrast. Even in harsh sunlight or when viewed through sunglasses, the screen remains clear, offering a reading experience that feels closer to paper. By balancing light perception and reducing directional stimulation, the display eases visual fatigue during long sessions of work or entertainment.

The company also presented the first 27" Natural Light Switchable Monitor, designed to mimic the qualities of real daylight. A full‑spectrum backlight produces a continuous, nature‑like spectrum, while a circularly polarized open cell ensures even light exposure to the eye’s lutein, helping reduce strain during extended use.

(E) The "Eco-friendly to Build and Use" part of APEX is dedicated to environmental responsibility. TCL CSOT debuted the world's first PFAS‑free notebook display. The manufacturer has replaced all PFAS‑related materials across the module - from in‑panel components to polarizers and backlight units - addressing the health and ecological risks associated with these persistent chemicals. The result is both a materials breakthrough and a clear commitment to safer, more sustainable design.

In tablets, TCL CSOT introduced the first OLED display capable of partitioned frequency division. This 13.2‑inch panel features uniform 1.7 mm bezels, a 3:2 aspect ratio, and a 3.1K resolution, reaching a 96% screen‑to‑body ratio. Built on an 8T LTPO backplane, it can vary refresh rates from 1 to 120 Hz across different regions of the screen simultaneously, reducing logic power consumption by up to a quarter while maintaining smooth performance.

With the "Unlimited Imaginative Potential" in next-gen tech, TCL CSOT introduced the 2.56" Real RGB G‑OLED display that achieves an extraordinary 1512 PPI with a true RGB layout, 120 Hz refresh rate, microsecond response times, and a 1M:1 contrast ratio - ideal for high‑end XR applications. Complementing it, the 0.28‑inch single‑chip full‑color Si‑Micro LED display delivers 1280 x 720 resolution at 5131 PPI, offering retina‑grade clarity, high brightness, and wide color performance for ultra‑light AR and VR devices. TCL CSOT also introduced the first Real Stripe RGB IJP OLED mobile display at 5.65 inches, reaching 390 PPI with a diamond‑equivalent visual density of 490 PPI, marking a major step forward for inkjet‑printed OLED in small‑format devices.

TCL CSOT's innovation strategy extends into AI, where the company is building a differentiated system around "AI for Display" and "Displays for AI." Its X‑Intelligence 3.0 platform - the industry's first large AI model dedicated to display technology - has already improved product issue analysis by 20% and accelerated materials development by 30%. As displays become the primary interface for AI‑powered devices, TCL CSOT continues to optimize power efficiency across smartphones, tablets, and PCs through LTPO backplanes and adaptive control technologies.
