ViewSonic XG2409A and ViewSonic XG2709A are two new gaming monitors that have been launched globally. They offer one and the same specifications only on a different scale.
The 23.8" model uses the same display panel as the ViewSonic VX2479A-HD-PRO that was announced a month ago - a 23.8-inch SuperClear IPS display with an FHD resolution and 6-bit+FRC color bit depth. The screen covers 102% of the sRGB and 72% of the NTSC color space. It delivers a typical brightness of 250 nits with HDR10 support, 1 ms MPRT, and a 240Hz refresh rate with AMD FreeSync technology. The ViewSonic XG2709A has a 27-inch FHD IPS display and the rest of the specs are the same.
The ViewSonic XG2409A and ViewSonic XG2709A also share the same connectivity options - two HDMI 1.4 ports, a DisplayPort 14 input, and a headphone jack. Each has a fully ergonomic stand enabling up to 130 mm of height adjustment, a bi-directional pivot, +/-45 degrees of swivel, and -5 to 22 degrees of tilt. The older model gets a tilt-only stand.
