Lenovo's 2nd Gen ThinkVision X1 monitor features a motor-driven webcam and Thunderbolt 3Lenovo has introduced the second generation of its ThinkVision X1 monitor at CES 2018, which features a motor-driven webcam and Thunderbolt 3. Compared to last year's edition, this year's model does not have speakers, has different dimensions, reduced refresh rate of 30-60Hz, increased peak brightness of 350 cd/m2, and a decreased static contrast ratio of 1000:1. A Thunderbolt 3 port is one of the main new features and the motor that powers the 45 PD web camera with dual-array microphone. It moves it up and down with the press of a button. All the rest is pretty much the same: 27-inch diagonal size, 4K UHD resolution, >99% sRGB colour space coverage, a USB hub. The display has a very slim bezel and a metal stand with a Think RedBot tracking button. The model is scheduled for launch later this month priced at USD 800.Source
