2025 LG OLED TVs won six CES 2025 Innovation Awards including the Best of Innovation awards

In particular, the 2025 LG OLED TV won a total of six innovation awards, including the Best of Innovation awards in the Video Display and Imaging categories. With this, LG OLED TV has not only won the Best of Innovation award for three consecutive years but has also proven itself to be the best TV available by setting a record of winning a CES Innovation Award for 13 consecutive years without fail since its first release in 2013.
LG Electronics' proprietary smart TV platform webOS, which is considered the core of its platform-based service business, also won the Innovation Award in the Cybersecurity category. LG Electronics operates the 'webOS Renewal Program', which provides webOS upgrades for 5 years so that customers can experience the new features of webOS that evolve every year.
The AI home hub 'LG ThinQ ON' equipped with generative AI also won the CES Innovation Award. LG ThinQ ON, which serves as the 'brain' of the AI home, is a key device that keeps home appliances and IoT devices connected 24 hours a day. It monitors the indoor environment and home appliances based on generative AI, and its special feature is that it understands the situation by conversing with customers in everyday language and controls various devices to the optimal state.
Also, the 'Mobile AI Home Hub (Project Name: Q9)' won innovation awards in the AI and Smart Home categories, respectively. Q9 has multimodal sensing capabilities that combine voice, sound, and image recognition. It not only connects various home appliances and IoT devices in the house, but also roams around the space based on autonomous driving technology to understand the environment and expresses emotions with its eyes displayed on the screen to communicate with the user.
The 'LG UltraGear OLED Gaming Monitor', which won three awards including the Best Innovation Award in the Gaming and Picture Quality categories, provides an immersive gaming experience with the overwhelming picture quality of self-illuminating OLED and fast response speed.
In addition, products based on differentiated technologies such as ultra-light premium AI PC 'LG gram Pro', 'LG MyView smart monitor' that can be used from OTT to home office without a separate PC connection, 'LG UltraFine monitor' optimized for high-definition content work, and premium lifestyle projector 'LG CineBeam' received innovation awards.
