Skyworth Q71 series of 8K TVs is announcedSkyworth has announced its Q71 series of 8K TVs that includes three models: The company shares that the hard screen liquid crystal molecules are arranged horizontally, making the 8K viewing angle wider and the picture smoother. The TVs support 8K signal access, 8K decoding, 8K image signal processing, and offer true 8K resolution. The displays cover true 10-bit color, 83% NTSC, and 90% DCI-P3. The 8K AIPQ engine uses AI technology to search, identify and reconstruct screen images, and fully optimize the image quality in real time, frame by frame. The Q71 series is based on MediaTek's S900 chipset which has a built-in 1.6 tops powerful independet APU that can process decoded 8K image signals in real time. It features a quad-core Cortex-A73 CPU, 6.5GB of RAM and 64GB of built-in storage.

Skyworth is one of the first companies in the industry to apply 3D LUT film industry professional color correction technology to TV. In order to achieve better color accuracy, we use CalMAN to perform automatic correction of up to 3000 color points, fine-tune gamma and white balance. The data conversion algorithm has been optimized to accurately adapt the data exported by CalMAN to the Q71 TVs setting a new standard for LCD TV color accuracy.

The Skyworth Q71 TVs support HDR10 and Dolby Vision as well as the brand's ALS Eye Protection Light Sensing Screen technology. They have a built-ni ambient light sensor that adjusts the brightness and color temperature in real time according to the ambient light conditions. In addition, the Skyworth Q71 8K TV series supports MEMC Super Anti-Shake Master 2. The frame rate of the image signal is increased in real time through the frame interpolation algorithm, making the picture smoother and clearer, even in high-speed motion pictures without ghosting.

The Skyworth Q71 TVs support Wi-Fi 6 thanks to a built-in dual-band dual-antenna module certified by the Wi-Fi Alliance. The single antenna gain is up to 3dBi, and the maximum rate is 1.8 Gbps. The TVs are equipped with two USB ports, Ethernet RJ45 LAN port, optical audio out, headphone jack, satellite in, and three HDMI ports. One is HDMI 2.0 and the other two - HDMI 2.1. The maximum uncompressed bandwidth supported by HDMI2.1 is 48 Gbps (for HDMI 2.0 it is 18 Gbps), which can ensure the provision of high-bandwidth independent characteristics. It also means that the picture transmitted by HDMI 2.1 will have a higher resolution and higher frame rate enabling 8K at 60 fps signal access.

The Skyworth Q71 8K TV series arrives with coocaa OS 8 on top of Android TV. It includes an upgraded TrensAI VOICE assistant with far-field voice support. The TrensAI Eye po-up camera can automatically and intelligently adjust the downward tilt angle between 5° and 14° according to the real-time position of the portrait, so that you are always at the C position.
