2025 Samsung S90F - which sizes get a QD-OLED panel and which - a WOLED oneAfter the Samsung S95F QD-OLED and OLED TVs we decided to check the Samsung S90F models. It looks like the 2025 models retain the same type of QD-OLED and WOLED panel distribution as their 2024 counterparts, at least in Europe. Only the 65" models from the Samsung S90F series will get QD-OLED panels, all other class sizes will get a WOLED panel. This will apply to all markets, including the ones in which the model names begin with TQ, such as Spain and France. The Samsung S90F series will include models from 48" to 83", just like the 2024 Samsung S90D series.
