The series also supports HDR10+ Advanced, the latest evolution of Samsung's HDR standard, which introduces improved brightness handling, genre‑specific optimization, more refined motion processing, and highly detailed local tone mapping. Samsung's Glare Free coating, first introduced on last year's S95F and QN90F models, returns for the R95H series, ensuring that reflections and ambient light have minimal impact on picture quality.
The company has also developed a new Zero Gap Wall Mount specifically for this lineup, allowing the TVs to sit nearly flush against the wall for a clean, gallery‑style installation. Although the R95H models include a full set of onboard ports, they are also Wireless One Connect Ready, giving users the option to route external devices through Samsung's One Connect Box for a streamlined setup. The connectivity options include four 2.1 HDMI ports, an optical audio out, a cable/antenna input, a LAN port, two USB Type-A ports, and an RSC232C.
For gamers, the R95H offers one of the most advanced feature sets in a consumer TV. All sizes support up to a 165Hz refresh rate and support AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and Samsung's Motion Xcelerator 165Hz technology. Features such as AI Auto Game Mode, Dynamic Black EQ, Super Ultra Wide Game View, Mini Map Zoom, and Hue Sync round out the gaming package.
A major highlight of Samsung's 2026 televisions is the debut of the Vision AI Companion (VAC), an intelligent assistant integrated directly into the display. VAC analyzes user habits and preferences to deliver personalized recommendations for content, meals, and music, adapting dynamically to daily routines. Viewers can ask the TV to identify recipes shown on screen, receive health‑aligned meal suggestions, and send instructions directly to compatible devices, including Samsung's new Movingstyle mobile display and connected kitchen appliances. This creates a seamless multi‑device ecosystem that positions the TV as a central hub for entertainment, productivity, and home management.
Complementing the visual upgrades is Eclipsa Audio, Samsung's new spatial sound system, now standard across all 2026 models. The Samsung R95H series has a 4.2.2 CH speaker array with 70W power output, Dolby Atmos, Object Tracking Sound+, Active Voice Amplifier Pro, Adaptive Sound Pro, and AI Sound Controller Pro.
