The Lenovo ThinkVision P27h-30 and the Lenovo ThinkVision P27q-30 are almost identical. For sure, they use one and the same display, technologies, and stand with identical ergonomic options. The main difference is in the connectivity department - the P27h-30 has a 1 Gbps LAN port and two USB-C ports (upstream and downstream), while the P27q-30 lacks those.
