There are three models - 60-, 70-in an 80-inch one. They will be available from 2019 in Europe, while Asian users will see them in markets a bit sooner. The 80-inch Sharp 8T-C80AX1 flagship features the company's newly developed UV2A II LCD panel which provides a highly efficient light transmission. The exact specifications of the models, however, have not been shared. In addition, Sharp has also introduced its recently developed 8K image processor, which allows you to enjoy UHD, QHD and FHD content in 8K quality. Sharp's unique detection algorithm defines the number of image points and upscales them to the extra-fine pixel grid of 8K models. The image processor handles large amounts of data in real-time, as a processing double speed of 100Hz guarantees smoothly moving pictures without ghosting.
