Philips 325M1RZ from the Momentum series goes official in ChinaPhilips took part in the 2020 Shanghai CCG EXPO with a duo of gaming monitors from its Momentum series. This was a four-day event held from July 16th to July 20th, 2020. One of the monitors is already well-known to the audience - the Philips Momentum 558M1RY. However, the other one is completely new and, actually, made its debut during the event.

This is the 31.5-inch Philips Momentum 325M1RZ with four-sided Ambiglow. What Ambiglow does is that it adds a new dimension to your viewing experience. It creates an immersive halo of light through smart LED lights installed at the back frame of the display, which emit lights to match the action on screen. This light also makes the screen appear to be larger, making it more enjoyable to watch. This model is DisplayHDR 400 certified and according to Philips China, it has a brightness of 550 nits. The 31.5-inch VA panel has a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and a 3000:1 static contrast ratio. It covers 120% sRGB, 98% Adobe RGB, and 100% NTSC color spaces. The typical GTG response time is 4 ms and the MPRT is 1 ms. The Philips Momentum 325M1RZ supports up to 165Hz refresh rate via its DisplayPort and up to 144Hz via its HDMI ports. The monitor is equipped with two 5W stereo speakers with DTS Sound for а more immersive experience.

The CompactErgo Base offers 130 mm height adjustment, -35°/35° swivel, and -5°/20° tilt. It can be removed for VESA wall mounting with 100 x 100 mm holes. The connectivity options include two HDMI inputs and a DisplayPort, however, Philips does not specify their versions. In addition, there's a USB hub with four USB 3.2 downstream ports and a USB Type-B upstream port. A 3.5 mm headphone jack is provided as well.

The price is currently unknown and it is still unclear whether the Philips 325M1RZ will make it to Europr, the USA, and other markets.
