TCL C9 TV series for gaming are announced in ChinaAt the China Home Appliances and Consumer Electronics Expo (AWE 2021) today, TCL announced its latest series of smart TVs - the TCL C9. This series is created especially for gaming and comprises of the following models. We also share their respective pricing for China: The TCL C9 TV series is built for e-sports and the brand has even become an official partner of the EDG team. This happens after TCL became the official partner of the League of Legends Professional League (LPL) in early February. All models from the series have native 120Hz displays and further support MEMC technology. With three HDMI 2.1 ports that support ALLM, VRR, and HFR (4K@120fps) and a high-performance chipset that has not been detailed, it seems the TCL C9 TVs are fit for their purpose. TCL promises a 4ms input lag as well as improved image quality through various AI technologies. The TVs support Dolby Vision and HDR10+.

In addition, the TCL C9 TVs are equipped with an Onkyo Hi-Fi audio system comprising of five independent sound units with a total power output of 50W plus a 20W woofer. They support DTS Virtual:X and Dolby Audio. TCL has further established its own cloud gaming ecosystem with high-definition genuine premium games that can be played without installation. Source
