LG has unveiled its premium line of 2018 OLED and LCD Super UHD TVsAt a special event in Seoul, LG has presented its premium TV lineup for 2018. It includes OLED and LCD SUPER UHD models provided with LG's ThinQ artificial intelligence (AI) technology and advanced α (Alpha) processor. LG expects that these new models will strengthen its solid position in the global market for premium TVs, especially when the OLED TVs market is expected to grow from 1.6 million units sold in 2017 to 2.5 million units for this year. All models from the premium OLED and LCD series feature Cinema HDR supporting Advanced HDR by Technicolor, Dolby Vision, HDR10 and HLG (hybrid log-gamma) for a true cinematic experience. The LG OLED TVs lineup for 2018 includes 10 models, among which are the W8, G8, E8, C8, and B8 series available in a range of design factors from Picture-on-Wall (model 77/65W8) and One Glass Screen (model 65G8) to Picture-on-Glass (model 65/55E8) and Cinema Screen design (model 77/65/55C8 and 65/55B8). NLP will be available in 14 countries: Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Korea, Mexico, Poland, Russia, Spain, the UK, the US and Turkey. For other territories, users will benefit from embedded NLP, by opting for one of the ten main setting languages (English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Polish, Korean, Russian, and Turkish).
