Gigabyte G24F 2 goes official with a 23.8" FHD display, 180Hz refresh rate (OC)Gigabyte has unveiled the second generation of the the G24F desktop monitor - the Gigabyte G24F 2. The new model has a similar 23.8-inch SUperSpeed IPS display with an FHD resolution with a typical brightness of 300 nits and 1 ms MPRT. However, the G24F 2 has a higher sRGB and DCI-P3 coverage - 125% and 95%, respectively. It also has a higher contrast ratio - 1100:1. Finally, the native refresh rate of 165Hz can be stably overclocked to 180Hz. The two USB Type-A and the Type-B port are upgraded to USB 3.2 Gen 1 ones. The 130 mm height adjustment and -5 to 20 degrees of tilt remain the same as well as the two HDMI 2.0 inputs, DisplayPort 1.2, and headphone jack. Both monitors are AMD FreeSync Premium and TUV Rheinland Low Blue Light certified. There are plenty of gaming assist features such as crosshairs, timer, counter, dashboard, aim stabilizer, black equalizer, etc.
