Acer presented three Predator gaming monitors - the Z271T, XB251HQT, and XB271HUTAcer was the first company at the IFA 2016 in Berlin to announce a set of three new gaming monitors from its Predator series, all with built-in Tobii eye-tracking. The first is Acer Predator Z271T is a 27-inch curved monitor with a curvature of 1800R and built-in NVIDIA G-SYNC technology eliminating screen tearing and minimizing stuttering. Refresh rates can go as high as 144Hz and the GTG response time is 4ms. The display has an FHD (1920 x 1080) resolution, covers 100% of the sRGB color space, and provides 178° viewing angles. The ergonomic stands allow the display to be raised with up to 120 mm, tilted from-5°~ 25°2 and swiveled from -30° ~ 30°. Of course the monitor features Acer VisualCare Technologies, including Acer Flicker-less, BlueLightShield, ComfyView and Low-dimming technologies. Two 7W speakers with DTS Sound are on board as well. The Predator Z271T gaming monitor will be available in EMEA in October with prices starting at €799. The second monitor is the Acer Predaitor XB251HQT. This is a 24.5-inch ZeroFrame display with an IPS panel that has an FHD resolution. Just like the previous model, it arrives with NVIDIA G-SYNC tech on board for smooth gameplay, but this time refresh rates can reach 240Hz and the GTG response time is 1ms. The model's stand provides tilt and height adjustment. Acer's Flicker-less, Blue-light Filter, ComfyView and Low-dimming technologies along with the proprietary Predator GameView technologies are provided as well. The third model is the Acer Predator XB271HUT that sports a 27-inch WQHD (2560 x 1440) ZeroFrame display and of course - the NVIDIA G-SYNC technology for stutter-free gameplay. Refresh rates can reach 165Hz and the GTG response time is 4ms. The Predator XB271HUT gaming monitor will be available in EMEA in December with prices starting at €899.
