Flipkart and Nokia launch the first Nokia smart TV in India - the 55" 4K Nokia 55CAUHDN

Flipkart and Nokia have launched the first Nokia smart TV in India. The Nokia 55CAUHDN features a 55-inch 4K ADS display panel (3840 x 2160) with a typical brightness of 400 nits and static contrast ratio of 1200:1. The ADS panels are similar to the IPS ones but offer very slightly better contrast. The TV supports 10-bit colour, 4K upscaling, and MEMC. The chipset powering the smart TV employs four ARM Cortex-A53 CPU cores clocked at 1GHs and a quad-core Mali 450 GPU. There are 2.25GB of RAM onboard and 16GB of built-in storage. The Nokia 55CAUHDN is equipped with two 12W stereo speakers with Sound by JBL, Dolby Audio, DTS TruSurround. The model has built-in Wi-Fi, supports Bluetooth 5, and has two USB ports and three HDMI inputs. It runs on Android 9.0 Pie. The Nokia 55CAUHDN costs INR 41,999 (US$ 589) and will go on sale soon. Flipkart has already unveiled that it will be responsible for the production and distribution of the Nokia smart TVs in India.
