ViewSonic has announced a whole new series of gaming monitors at the CES 2016 in Las Vegas. The XG Series
includes 22-, 24-, and 27-inch desktop displays with a range of Full HD to 4K UHD resolution and either with a G-Sync or FreeSync tech on board. The first model is the 27-inch XG2703-GS
, which features a SuperClear IPS panel with QHD resolution (2560 x 1440) at 165Hz coupled with Nvidia's G-Sync tech for seamless gameplay. The 24-inch XG2401
packs an FHD panel with a 144Hz refresh rate and AMD's FreeSync tech for low input lag and 1 ms response time. A SmartSync feature and a black stabilization function for deeper blacks and rich colors. The XG2701
is a 27-inch variant of the previous model. The ViewSonic XG2700-4K
is a more interesting display, which sports a 27-inch SuperClear IPS panel with a 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) resolution @ 60Hz and an LED backlight. It also features AMD's FreeSync tech, a Game Mode, a DisplayPort 1.2a and HDMI 2.0, along with Flicker-Free technology and Blue Light Filter for eye comfort. . The VX2257-mhd, VX2457-mhd, and VX2757-mhd
are FHD monitors with VESA Adaptive-Syn and FreeSync techs on board, while the VX2776-Smhd
