Asus announced the Zen AiO PC series and the ProArt PA329Q monitorAt Computex in Taipei, Taiwan this week Asus has presented its latest series of all-in-one PCs named Zen AiO. The first two models from the series are the 21.5-inch Zen AiO Z220IC and the 23.8-inch Zen AiO Z240IC. Both devices feature unibody design made of anodized-aluminum with an edge-to-edge glass on top of the display and Zen-inspired concentric circle design for the back. Performance is based on Intel Core up to i7 CPUs with DDR4 RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M with 4GB of video memory and up to PCIe Gen 3 x 4 SSD storage. The Zen AiO series is also equipped with handy ports such as USB 3.1 Gen 2 (twice as fast as USB 3.0). On each side of the device are mounted three speakers servicing an 8W stereo channel, each side produces 16W of pure sound. Asus has also unveiled the ProArt PA329Q - a 4K/UHD monitor aimed at professionals. It falls in the 32-inch class of displays and features an IPS panel with a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels on a 16:9 aspect ratio. This means that the pixel density is 138 ppi, which is four times the pixel density of standard FHD displays. The panel provides 178-degree viewing angles and covers 100% of the Adobe RGB color gamut. Moreover, the monitor is factory pre-calibrated to achieve maximum color accuracy (Delta ≦2). The ProArt PA329Q is perfect not only for photo and print editing but also for videos as it supports the BT2020 / DCI-P3 color space. With a 10-bit panel depth, the display provides over 1.07 billion onscreen colors and supports a 16-bit internal lookup table (LUT). This means that color gradations and transitions between hues are smoother than ever.
