Acer announces the 27" RC271U monitor with a WQHD resolutionThe "bezelless" Acer RC271U has been announced, featuring a 27-inch IPS display with a WQHD resolution (2560 x 1440) at 60Hz and 4 ms of GTG response time. The dynamic contrast ratio is 100M:1, while the typical brightness measures 350 cd/m2. Two speakers along with an HDMI, DVI, and DisplayPort are on board as well. The stand provides only tilt adjustment (-5° to 15°). The monitor is VESA mount compatible. Some of the additional features of the model include BlueLightShield and 6-axis colour adjustment (RGB plus YCM). Pricing and availability are yet to be announced.Source
